Parking was also no problem - there is a lot behind the building with free spots. The venue was quite big and though there were plenty of other people present for breakfast/brunch, we had no problem getting a table for the two of us. Even without the voucher it looked like the per person price for the buffet was inexpensive. We came in for the Sunday brunch buffet with a Crowdcut voucher.
I’m not impressed and I won't be returning again. Management needs to consider improving customer service. In each occasion, I was made to feel that I was imposing upon them to assist me. At no time in the 3 different conversations or from the 3 employees that I spoke with at Chatterbox did anyone apologize for their error. I finally spoke to the first manager and he offered me 3 choices on how I could be reimbursed, including having my friend pay me or receiving a gift card for the amount that they overcharged me to return to the establishment. After I pushed further she took a message and told me that someone would contact me. This time I spoke with a different hostess who stated that the original manager I had spoken with wasn't around so she couldn't help me. After I hadn't heard back in over 24 hours I called again. He informed me he would investigate and then call me back. I waited on hold for a few minutes and then a manager did speak with me, but was unable to find the receipts from our table. When I called to discuss the matter the host noted "I'm not sure the manager has time to talk to you," and when I seemed shocked by this response, he put me on hold. We were in a small group and the server charged my credit card twice once for myself and for another individual with me. However, the true problem happened after the visit. While our server was excellent, the food was simply ok. Recently I returned to the Highland location for a very disappointing visit. The food isn't fantastic, but the games and atmosphere are quite fun. I have visited both this location and the Minneapolis one in the past many times.
